Tia and the team had the pleasure of working closely with Grace at Old Swinford Hospital Boarding School to design and print a striking set of roller banners for their upcoming open day events. The school was looking for a clear, professional open day banner solution that would help them showcase their campus, values and facilities to prospective students and parents as they explored the site.

To ensure the best possible outcome, Grace arranged a series of Zoom meetings with our Graphic Designer, Tia, to discuss the design direction, messaging and overall purpose of the open day banner displays. Working collaboratively, Tia and Grace developed a cohesive set of marketing materials designed to capture attention, communicate key information clearly, and create a welcoming first impression for visitors attending the event.

In total, we produced eight large roller banners, including seven banners at 850mm wide and one larger 1000mm wide banner, allowing the school to position them strategically across the campus. As a versatile and practical open day banner format, roller banners are ideal for busy school events, offering strong visual impact while remaining easy to move and reuse. Each roller banner was supplied with a protective carry case, making transportation simple and ensuring the banners remain in excellent condition when not in use.

We recently welcomed Laura and Nick from Bangers Natural Café, who visited us looking for guidance on how they could better promote their café located on the busy A259. With high volumes of passing traffic, the aim was to create an eye-catching advertising banner that would instantly improve roadside visibility and attract new customers.

Tia, our in-house graphic designer at Griffin Designs, worked closely with Laura and Nick to design signage that clearly promoted their eat-in, takeaway, and drive-through services while standing out to drivers.

What We Delivered

Laura and Nick opted for a full print advertising banner produced using high-quality vinyl PVC, chosen for its durability and professional finish. The banner was completed with hemmed eyelets, making it suitable for secure outdoor installation in a high-traffic location.

To further increase exposure, we also designed and supplied a feather flag to complement the advertising banner and capture attention from both directions of travel.
