Turnaround time: Please allow up to 14 working days for your embroidered items to be produced before dispatch or collection.

If you’re local to us, you’re welcome to select Free Local Collection at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready to collect from us during our opening hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm.
