How does the re-usable banners system work?
IT’S SIMPLE! Our reusable banners are designed to be used time and time again. When your wording, sponsor or event changes, simply remove the old vinyl and replace it with your new lettering.
No need to buy a whole new banner every time.
Instead, keep the banner and update the vinyl year after year!
Is it easy to apply and remove vinyl lettering?
YES! It’s really simple.
Applying: Your replacement vinyl arrives backed and ready to go. Tape it in place, peel back the backing and stick!
Removing: Gently warm the old vinyl with a heat source and simply peel it away.
Plus, your first set of lettering is applied by our team, so your banner arrives ready to unroll and hang.

Can I replace more than just lettering on my banners?
YES! IT’S NOT JUST LETTERING. You can replace sponsor logos, QR codes, event details, names and other graphics too.
So whether your sponsors change or you want to update your QR code, you can simply remove the old vinyl and replace it with something new.
Is it better to re-use the same banner than buy one every year?
ABSOLUTELY! Rather than replacing the whole banner when your details change, you can simply remove the old vinyl and replace it with new.
That means less waste, more use from your banner and potentially less cost over time, making it a more sustainable alternative to replacing your entire banner every year.
What happens if my details change?
That’s exactly what our reusable banners are designed for! Simply email our sales team with the new lettering, logos or graphics you require. We’ll provide a quotation and proof for you to review and approve before anything is produced.
Once approved, your new vinyl is ready to apply… no need to replace the whole banner!
Can I use the same banner for different events?
Sometimes! It depends on how your banner is designed. If your main design is general and the event details are changeable vinyl, you can update the lettering for different events throughout the year.
For example, a reusable club or school banner could be updated from “Summer Regatta” to “Autumn Fair” without replacing the main banner.
