Please measure a favourite item of clothing by laying it flat and measuring armpit to armpit.  Double the measurement to get the right fit.

Machine wash warm. Inside out, with like colours. Do not bleach. Do Not Tumble Dry. Low heat iron inside out. Do not dry clean.
