Vinyl lettering is very cost effective. We price all vinyl writing on a quote by quote basis meaning you only pay for the meterage of vinyl used! We have a minimum order of £10.00 excl VAT but typically date, time or location changes cost between £10.00-£40.00 excl VAT depending on the size of your banner. How does it work?

Size matters – our re-usable indoor banners give more options!

A traditional roller banner is usually 850x2000mm or 1000x2000mm.  These new banners come in a choice of sizes.

We offer 1200x2000mm which works great as a photo backdrop, opening up all sorts of possibilities for office backdrops for your staff recognition photos or product social media posts.

These lightweight pillar covers are just things for advertising in pedestrian areas or around existing street furniture.  The bollard covers come flat packed and are easy to install.  Made from lightweight corrugated plastic, they can printed on four sides, or three sides to create a toblerone sign.  The signs are quick to assemble through an interlocking system that allows them to be removed and re-used.

How to use bollard covers?

Perhaps you are in a precinct in an area where A boards and pavement signs are prohibited?  A bollard cover can be easily put around a lamppost each day.  No trip hazard, very small outlay financially in comparison, plus it can be seen from all sides.  Bollard covers are also great for seasonal offers as they can be stored easily and re-used the following year.  We love the idea of that!  Always keen to make products that last yet can be reused.

What are the options and how easy are they to design?

Well the good news is that we can help you to design an effective bollard sign.  The signs come in either square (four faces) or triangular (three faces) and in three different heights: 80cm, 100cm or 120cm.

For the triangular toblerone pillars, each face is either 187mm, 274mm or 360mm.

The square pillar covers, have a face size of either 108mm, 158mm, 203mm.

Prices start from £14.50 each and there is a minimum order of ten units.

Do I need a planning application to install a bollard cover?

It is always worth checking with your local council about their rules on-street advertising.  You will find that most only mention pavement signs.  We recommend that when you check your measurements before ordering, you make sure the bollard does not have any reflective material on it because it would be considered a hazard to obscure any safety features.

Due to the many options on this product, it is best to email for a quotation.

How do you stand out from the crowd at fetes, car boot sales or events?  With a Gazebo Banner!  These are not as widely used as they ought to be, considering the success of them.  See our video here on how to install them.

Your gazebo banners will affix using heavy duty velcro (supplied).  It will be delivered with eyelets in the corners so that it can be cable tied to the inside rear of the gazebo as an option too.

A gazebo banner measures 23cm in height, so ideal for the outside lip or, if you use a supplied gazebo, you can hang it using the eyeletted corners.

Design Suggestions

You need to consider that simple is best when thinking about a gazebo banners.  You will need a design that can be seen from a long way away.  It might be best identified through colour rather than wording.  Also remember that the banner is long and thin.  Usually a website or a business name is sufficient.  If you are trying to get more than two lines of text on, the lettering is going to be very small.  If you have any doubt, do get in touch with us.  We are happy to help you with a design as we want you to have a product that works.  Depending on the type of event you attend, you might consider having a banner on two adjacent sides of your gazebo for maximum effect.

Use Suggestions

You might want to display a banner on the rear interior of the gazebo hanging from the rear interior poles.  You can cable tie it to the pole and then use rope and sand filled water bottles to weigh down the lower edge.  As a result the banner will be fixed taut and will not flap around. A banner displayed like this is much more effective than one hung from a table.  Hopefully you will get a lot of customers who will block vision of any table promotions you have.

Storage

You may be tempted to fold up your gazebo with the banner still attached.  We don’t recommend this. It is the work of moments to remove the banner from its velcro.  Simply roll the banner up and store it with the gazebo.  If you store the banner affixed to the gazebo for a long time you risk it leaving fold lines and not looking a great representation of your company.

Sneaky Trade Secret for Hanging Banners on Gazebos . . .

Why not save some empty drink or milk bottles and fill them with sand or water?  Simply tie a string or rope from the bottom eyelets of your banner to the bottle.  And hey presto!  Your banner will not flap around in the wind, meaning that you can use it inside your gazebo or even on a table top.

If a picture paints a thousand words, then the video above demonstrates that it really is that easy to update a re-usable vinyl advertising banner.  These custom vinyl banners are much thicker than normal printed vinyl banners and are meant to last.  The strong hems and reinforced eyelets mean that you can change the lettering on your banner many times over. This is really the only solution to cost effective outdoor signage

3. You will receive an email from us with draft designs. Let us have your feedback and we will amend until we get the look you want.
4. Wait for the courier!  Your banner arrives ready to unroll and hang.  It even comes with cable ties.
5. Get in contact with us again when you want to change the date.  We charge by the amount of vinyl you need, so a simple number change is just a £1. (subject to a minimum order charge of £10)
6. Price depends on size.  But to give you an idea a 200x5cm banner is £74.40 and a 300x100cm banner is £138.  We can make virtually any size, so why not email for an exact quote?
7. Please allow ten working days from confirmation of artwork to despatch.  If you are short of time, please get in touch and we will advise if this can be faster.

Designing your reusable vinyl advertising banners

Design is the key to success with a re-usable vinyl advertising banners, which is why you can benefit from our many years of experience in producing successful drive by and road side advertising banners.  You can ask us for as much or as little help as you want with the design process, so you know that your artwork will be checked and what you receive will be exactly what you want.

If you are supplying your own artwork for your re-usable vinyl advertising banner, please make sure you have scaled it to the size banner you are ordering.  We ALWAYS check artwork prior to print.  Technical bit below:

• We prefer pdf or eps file types
• CMYK colour profile, although we can autoconvert this for you
• 6cm clear space for lettering or important design elements around the edge to allow space for hems and eyelets. Background designs are fine in this space.
• Fonts converted to curves, outlines or objects
• All on one layer, no hidden layers
• Images embedded
• No visible keylines or trim lines
• Supply the full artwork, including the removable elements, but advise us of these in a covering email.
• Re-usable elements need to be block colour, with no dropped shadow or outline.

Storage

You are buying a re-usable vinyl advertising banner that will last many years.   Our customers lose more banners in storage than whilst they are being displayed.  We recommend that your banner is stored rolled up, and in its original packaging if possible.  Do think about cleaning it before storage, just so it is easier to update.  No-one wants to unroll a mucky banner crawling with woodlice and other critters – although, believe me, we have been faced with this scenario more than once!
